I’m Brent O’Bannon, founder of StrengthsFinder Coaching, and a leader in the strengths movement with its focus on individual strengths, a Gallup trained master coach who teaches others to use their God-given strengths to achieve their dreams.
One of my talents, what I think of as my superpower, is to help individuals like you start or grow your own business, most often an offshoot of your current experience or executive position but applied to your own small business or coaching practice.
Another way to say this is that I coach people in transition—people moving from follower to leader, from plodder to pioneer, from worker-bee to entrepreneur.
I’m very good at what I do, which is to help people achieve their dreams. I do that in one of two ways—group coaching and individual one-on-one coaching.

Strengths Ambassador Inner Circle
Fee: $250 monthly
Activities: Two group calls plus one individual
I want to invite you to join me in my one of a kind Strengths Ambassador Inner Circle, a fancy name for a coaching program in which I teach a select few coaches how to grow your coaching businesses in specific, and tried and true ways.
This program is primarily aimed at professional coaches–life coaches, business coaches, executive coaches, career coaches, productivity coaches, and the entire industry of coaches who have a passion for coaching, for using the budding strengths movement in some way, and who want to earn more money from their coaching practices.
My Inner Circle program consists of two group telephone calls where you and others are able to interact with me and other strengths experts on a regular basis. In addition to the two group calls, you and I speak one-on-one once per month and we talk about your strengths and ways to apply those strengths to achieve your dreams.
Fee: $1,000 monthly
Activities: Weekly one-on-one telephone calls.
Some dreams can be achieved faster and with less effort by working directly with a coach. The first thing I’ll ask when we begin coaching is this: What do you want? A simple question, but my experience is that for many people it’s nearly impossible to answer.

One-on-one coaching typically consists of you and me talking on the phone three or four times per week. We discuss your natural talents and how you are using (or not using) those talents to reach your goals. When you get off course, I set you straight with practical advice guaranteed to get the results you want.

Susan needed help to grow her budding software development business. She joined my Inner Circle coaching program and in a short few months landed the largest client of her career. She called to tell me she had in her hand a deposit check for $23,000, down payment on a lucrative long-term client engagement.
How did Susan make such a sweeping transition?
First, we identified her strengths, one of which was futuristic, an unbridled fascination with the future.
Second, we decided on some action steps. These steps included making a conscious effort to seek clients in which she could contribute her ideas about the future, improving her communications by describing the future in detail with vivid words and metaphors, and when talking with potential clients to provide concrete examples or otherwise logical support for her futuristic thinking.
